This is a top rail for use with our plaster moulding Ref. 20.

Somehow Chapeau de Gendarme sounds better than policeman's hat but this reinforced moulded arch detail follows an almost nautical style. This profile is often used at the top of a wall panel to mimic a bow topped frame.

Corner are preformed at 90º to enable a neat square or triangle but this can of course be cut on site to suit your needs or design.
